Design work of Chrissy Lau.
I found this art work of Chrissy Lau from Illustrator Room. I like her design very detail presenting the lines and and the special element of Phoenix and Dragon. I think she also like the Phoenix and Dragon very much. As we have a task in interview the illustrator that we like, I also post the interview mail as below.

1.How long have you been a Graphic Designer? My work is more illustration than graphic design. I've been freelancing for about 10 years now.
2.Where do you normally get your ideas from? I have quite a good imagination so a lot of ideas will come from my overactive brain, otherwise watching films/music videos or having funny conversations will trigger ideas.
3. Do you have any advise or suggestion to current design students as a experienced top designer? Draw/design every day, practice makes perfect. Don't wait for your dream to come true, you have to work hard and ask for opportunities. Never be disheartened by a no, another opportunity will always arise. Always have pride in your work, never be afraid to show anyone. Have confidence in your work.
4. Where you a child who loved to draw very much? yes! As a child I drew a lot, every single day I would draw Disney characters and also create my own comics.
5. What do you do when you think you have no ideas at all when doing design work? I go out, eat lots of nice food, walk along the beach and also visit art galleries for inspiration. Generally just going out and relaxing can generate ideas/inspire you.
